To ensure that this Hotel has publicness (is accepted by public) and provides a safe and comfortable stay to guests, the following rules need to be followed: Not abiding by these rules may lead to cancellation of stay and/or refusal to use the hotel facilities.
Further, if you happen to damage any equipment or fixtures inside the hotel premises, the Apolonia house reserves a right to charge you the full cost of the same.
General Rules Of The Hotel:
Guest rooms must not be used for purposes other than lodging without prior approval.
To prevent fire hazards, smoking is strictly prohibited in bed, in non-smoking rooms, and in any flammable areas.
Furniture, appliances, and other items in guest rooms are intended exclusively for registered guests. Use by unregistered persons is not permitted.
Please do not move furniture or any equipment in the rooms or property without permission.
Loud noise, shouting, singing, or any disruptive behavior that may disturb other guests is not allowed.
For guests staying two or more nights, rooms will not be cleaned daily unless requested. However, rooms will be cleaned every six days to ensure hygiene. If the property deems cleaning necessary, guests cannot refuse access.
Flexible reservation conditions:
The credit card holder must be one of the arriving guests. Otherwise, a signed authorization form must be submitted to our reservations team, together with a photocopy of both sides of the credit card.
For an amount up to the total price of the reservation to confirm validity and ensure sufficient funds. Please note: pre-authorization is not a final charge and will be released within the time frame set by your card-issuing bank. For exact release timing, contact your bank directly.

Non-refundable reservation conditions:
All reservations paid in advance online are considered non-refundable.
Reservations with NON-REFUNDABLE conditions require a deposit of 100% of reservation amount that will be charged to client’s credit card on the day of booking.
In the case of cancellation, modification or in the case of no-show, the total amount is taken as a cancellation penalty and no part of the
payment will be refunded under any circumstances. Reservation is final.
Housing rules and accommodation conditions:
Check-in is from 14:00 (2:00 PM), and check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Late check-out is possible only by prior agreement and may be subject to an additional fee.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused in the apartment during the stay
and agrees to cover the cost of repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning.
Any existing damage must be reported immediately upon arrival;
late reports will not be considered valid.Any later reports will not be taken into consideration.
The guest is responsible for all charges incurred during the stay
unless otherwise agreed in the reservation.
By confirming the booking, the guest authorizes Apolonia House to pre-authorize an appropriate amount on the credit card to cover any incidental costs (e.g. minibar, damage, etc.) not settled before check-out.
Apolonia House provides short-term rental of a private accommodation unit.
The unit number is specified in the booking confirmation.

Quiet hours are between 22:00 (10 PM) and 06:00 (6 AM).
Guests are kindly asked to respect the peace and quiet of the property.
Loud TV/music, shouting, or any behavior that disturbs others is strictly prohibited.
In case of serious disturbance, a fine of up to €300 may be charged and, if necessary, security or the police may be contacted.Behaviors which leads to disturbing other guests from night rest are strictly forbidden. That includes loud TV or music listening, loud discussion in the rooms or in the corridors and other disturbing manners. In the case of serious violation of this rule, the hotel may penalize the guests with a financial fine up to 300 EUR or, in necessary cases, call the police.
